-IF YOU REQUEST A SIGNATURE ON YOUR RETURN IT CAN INCREASE PROCESSING TIME BY 4 DAYS

-IF YOU SEND A MACHINE BACK FOR REPAIR, BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME ON THE PACKAGE

Every Axys Machine or battery pack is warrantied for 1 year after the date of its sale to you whether its purchased from us or from one of our distributors, so locate that invoice if it wasn't bought directly form us.

Warranty covers any functional failure due to manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover damage.

If there is a problem with your machine covered by warranty it will be handled quickly and at no cost to you. Turnaround time can be up to 2 weeks, from the day you ship to the day you receive but often it is faster.

-Before you send anything in for repair you need to fill in the form below. The address you provide in the form is the address your machine will be returned to so be sure it’s the correct address. Make sure you provide contact information we can reach you with in case we need to.

If you're covered under warranty, get the machine to us-

-we will reimburse your shipping cost up to $25

Shipping Reimbursement via PayPal or Cashapp ($axysrotary)

If you are shipping us a machine which is under warranty and you want to be reimbursed for return shipping costs: Email a photo of the shipping receipt so that we can see the date, price and tracking number as well as your PayPal address to service@axysrotary.com

*reimbursements are processed on the 1st and the 15th of every month.

*reimbursement does not cover the cost of signature or added insurance

When the repair is complete we will send you an electronically payable invoice from this website with an itemized list of all the repairs that were necessary. We do not make money on repairs, we only charge cost!
