-IF YOU REQUEST A SIGNATURE ON YOUR RETURN IT CAN INCREASE PROCESSING TIME BY 4 DAYS
-IF YOU SEND A MACHINE FOR REPAIR, BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME ON THE PACKAGE
-IF YOU'RE OUT OF WARRANTY AND UNWILLING TO PAY, DON'T SEND YOUR MACHINE. WE WILL RECLAIM MACHINES THAT HAVE BEEN SERVICED AND UNPAID FOR MORE THAN 90 DAYS.
Every Axys Machine is warrantied for 1 year after the date of its sale to you whether its purchased from us or from one of our distributors, so locate that invoice if it wasn't bought directly form us.
Warranty covers any functional failure due to manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damage.
If there is a problem with your machine covered by warranty it will be handled quickly and at no cost to you.
-Before you send anything in for repair you need to fill in the repair form. The address you provide in the form is the address your machine will be returned to so be sure it’s the correct address. Make sure you provide contact information we can reach you with in case we need to.

When the repair is complete we will send you an electronically payable invoice from this website with an itemized list of all the repairs that were necessary.
