-IF YOU REQUEST A SIGNATURE ON YOUR RETURN IT CAN INCREASE PROCESSING TIME BY 4 DAYS
-IF YOU SEND A MACHINE BACK FOR REPAIR, BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME ON THE PACKAGE
-DO NOT SEND YOUR GRIP, ONLY SEND YOUR MACHINE
Every Axys Machine is warrantied for 1 year after the date of sale to you whether it is purchased from us or from one of our distributors. Warranty covers any mechanical failure due to manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage.
If there is a problem with your machine covered by warranty it will be handled quickly and at no cost to you. Typical turnaround time is 2 weeks, from the day we recieve.
-Before you send anything in for repair you need to fill in the form below. The address you provide in the form is the address your machine will be returned to so be sure it’s the correct address. Make sure you provide contact information we can reach you incase needed.
-If you have spoken with us and you have a valid warranty issue, your shipping charges will be reimbursed up to $25.
