Terms of Service

Welcome to Axys Rotary, if you choose to use us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions prospectively. Before using our site or interacting with us in any manner of business we recommend reading the following terms and conditions. Doing so will allow you to know your rights and privileges, should and/or if you require service, make requests after having used our site, or have made a transaction. In addition to our terms of service, we abide by all terms and conditions set forth by Shopify and any customer that purchases through us is also subject to those terms and conditions. 

 

  • Professional Status Checks
    • In order to purchase from us, you must provide valid verification of professional status. 
  • Privacy
    • The only personal information we collect is information you initially give us, such as: name, phone number, address, etc. This is only kept as a matter of transactional record and for fulfilling your order. As a company we adhere to all privacy laws including but not limited to the "US privacy laws" (For our US residents with applicable privacy laws please visit our opt out of private information page for more information: Do not sell my personal information – axysrotary)
    • Mailing List
      • By giving us your email address, you will automatically be enrolled in our mailing list. If at any time you wish to remove yourself from our mailing list, you can easily do so by unsubscribing on any of the emails that we send you! You will then automatically be removed, with no questions asked. 
      • Cookies
        • Cookies are bits of information related to the use of a website which automatically store in your device. Axysrotary.com uses minimal cookies, to service your browsing requests. Cookies may gather diagnostic and usage information; cookies also allow you to customize your experience on our website. Cookies are not used to collect your personal information. 
        • Sharing
          • The only time we share your information is if forced to do so by law or for the purposes of investigating and/or preventing fraud. We are required to follow shopify's terms and conditions in terms of sharing information in addition to our own. However, we would never sell nor share your personal information to a third party company.
        • Security
          • Axysrotary.com is a secure site in which is encrypted to ensure that your personal data is secure. Your personal data is only accessible to yourself and to certain members of the Axys Rotary team with administrative privilege. We do not sell your information. By choosing to use our platform you are also held to the security conditions set within shopify's terms and conditions. 
        • Returns or Refunds
          • Because of the nature of tattoo equipment, the ethics, morality, and potential health risks; we do NOT accept returns on used or damaged tattoo equipment. However, if you decide your purchased equipment is unsatisfactory upon the initial unboxing and inspection, and thus you wish to return it, you may do so as long as it has not been damaged or used. All items, in order to obtain a refund must be returned with their original packaging. We will refund you after an inspection of the returned items has been performed to ensure that they have been unused and undamaged. If your items are deemed to not pass our inspection we will send them back to you and not issue a refund of any kind. If we refund you, it will be sent on the original form of payment that was used and may take up to 10 business days to show up in your account. As per shopify's refund policy, the refund will be issued in the currency the customer paid with. If the currency needs to be converted for a refund, then the current conversion rate will be used - NOT the conversion rate at the time the order was placed. Refunds will be issued ONLY to the original form of payment, we CAN NOT issue to a different card or different bank, if you no longer have access to the original form of payment then you need to contact the bank or agency the original payment method is through to claim the funds after the refund has been sent. We are not responsible for this process. 
        • International Orders
          • As of 5/24/2023, Axys Rotary is no longer accepting international orders directly from customers. However, several of our partnered distributors will still carry our products for international customers, some of these distributors may be more ideal for you than others based on your location.           • For all international orders prior to 5/24/2023, please be aware that you as the customer, are responsible and subject to your respective country's duties and taxes. Ordering from us, means you may be charged accordingly by your customs department prior to receiving your package. We are not responsible for these payments. Should you like to not worry about your countries import duties and taxes please visit one of our partnered distributors (some distributors may be more ideal for you than others based on your location) - Distributors – axysrotary
        • Replacements
          • In the rare case that you receive defective product, we will seek resolution of the issue in the way that best suits you. Typically, this is in the form of a return and replacement but may also involve a repair or shipment of replacement components over a full replacement if it involves something easily replaceable on a smaller scale without compromising the integrity of the product. If it is deemed that a full replacement is necessary then we will replace your product upon receiving it back, a replacement will not be sent out prior to that. Our goal is to leave you down for as little time as possible, so should this issue arise please contact us at: support@axysrotary.com so that we may help you with this situation. 
        • Warranty
          • All items we manufacture are warrantied for one year from the date of sale. Our warranty covers items as they come to you, and covers mechanical failure due to manufacturing error; our warranty does not however cover damage while the items are in your possession. To claim warranty, you will be required to show proof of purchase whether it be through us or one of our partnered distributors. Our warranty is transferrable, so if you have acquired your item through another artist, you may still claim warranty if you are able to provide proof of the original purchase (the second hand purchase will not count towards the warranty of the item). To claim warranty for a repair, you will be required to fill out a repair form on our website (Contact – axysrotary) and send in your item with proof of purchase (either through printing it and mailing it with the item, or emailing it to us at support@axysrotary.com), once your item is received it will then be promptly inspected and evaluated for warranty status. Should anything be found that would void the warranty such as: ink inside the machine or tampering with the machine (usually this is the result of someone trying to repair it on their own), your warranty will be voided immediately, and any repairs will now be deemed a paid repair. If your item is deemed covered by it's warranty, it will be repaired free of charge to you and sent back within our current repair time, this time frame starts from the time we receive your machine.
        • Repairs
          • We charge a minimal labor fee of $10 for all repairs, any parts necessary in the repair will be added to the total cost, meaning we charge you what the parts cost us. The total bill can include return shipping. We will contact you to let you know when your machine has arrived for repairs, and we will send you an email via our carrier of choice when your machine has been shipped with tracking information. To have an item repaired, you will be required to fill out a repair form on our website (Contact – axysrotary), should you choose not to fill out this form, your machine will be sent back to you as is and will not be repaired without one. Once your machine has been received, and assessed for warranty status, it will be repaired and sent back to you within the current repair processing time. This time starts from the time we receive your machine. If your repair is deemed a paid repair, you will be invoiced via email with the bill for your repair, your machine will be shipped back to you after this invoice has been paid. We do all repairs within business hours, and all correspondence regarding repairs will be handled during business hours. If you are an international customer sending your machine in for repair please be aware that an additional 4-6 weeks may be added onto your repair time due to the process of getting through customs both to us and back to you, we are not responsible for the added time it can take to get through customs.
